I’ve IBS, inflammable bowel syndrome. Meditation does REALLY assist. I am not joking. It is as if I am wholesome once more. I may even eat pizza or spicy meals.
However as quickly as my meditation runs out.. yeah to illustrate I am not having a superb time. Proper now for instance I am feeling brain-fog from fatigue on account of that. So it’s essential actually meditate deeply, or fairly often.
One other factor that helped is yoga, I do not know why. I simply tried to stretch my stomach by simply standing taller, and in some way I received higher. Do not put on tight garments and so forth.
